You can cancel your booking for free up to 24 hours before your arrival simply by phone or email if you made your booking via our website or directly with us.
Only if you cancel your booking after the free cancellation period. If you decide not to show up for your stay, you will need to pay for the first night before you can book again.

Do staff members sleep on-site?
Yes! We love dogs at Le Flâneur! We are very dog-friendly. However, they are not allowed in dorms, only in private rooms and with a small daily fee.
No, we leave the space to you so that you feel comfortable throughout your stay.
