How do I cancel my reservation?
You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before your arrival simply by phone or email if you made your reservation from our website or directly with us.
If I don't come, do I still have to pay?
Only if you cancel your reservation after the free cancellation period. If you decide not to show up for your stay, you will need to pay for the first night before being able to book again.
Can I stay for several weeks at Le Flâneur?
Yes, it's possible. But there are conditions! If you want to stay at Le Flâneur for a while, the easiest thing is to contact us.
Can I arrive at 6 in the morning?
Yes, but the room will not be accessible until 3pm. However, we have a complimentary luggage storage for the day of your arrival!

How to book well in advance?
Internet bookings generally open 3 months in advance. If you want to book for 6 months from now, feel free to give us a call.
Can I come with my dog?
Yes! We love dogs at Le Flâneur! We are very dog-friendly. However, they are not allowed in dormitories, only in private rooms and with a small daily supplement.
We are 20 and we want to come to Le Flâneur, is it possible?
It's totally possible! However, for group reservations, everything is done via email. And the earlier you do it, the better!
Is Guillaume single?
